Ooh this should be fun :)

1. I was born in Saudi Arabia. I lived there until I was 7 then I moved to North Carolina (US). I have been living here ever since.

2. I am not Arabic, however. I am half Turkish (my mom is Turkish) and I have Irish/Welsh roots from my dad (he’s from the Midwest). *sidenote: I am fluent in Turkish*

3. I am turning 20 this Friday the 21st. Whoot whoot.

4. I love to experiment with my hair. I have been dyeing my hair on/off since I was 15. My natural hair color is medium ash brown, but currently my hair is bright cherry red :] . 

5. I love going to music shows/concerts. It’s just the most amazing rush ever to be jumping around in the crowd watching one of your favorite bands play their songs live. The energy is incredible. The last band I saw live was Silversun Pickups in Norfolk, VA.

6. I listen to a little bit of rave music (UK hardcore/happy hardcore) but I don’t really go to raves. They’re not really for me. Though I’d consider going if I had someone to go with. Same with clubs.

7. I love watching cartoons. I have recently been watching some of the cartoons from my childhood and there’s so much nostalgia :). My favorite cartoons are Invader Zim, Powerpuff Girls, old Spongebob, and old Fairly OddParents.

8. Music is a big part of my life. I mostly play piano and a little guitar. I want to buy a theremin and learn how to play one, as well as play more guitar. (I also think it would be really cool to be in a band. I just need to find likeminded musicians!)

9. I am a big nightowl. I stay up until 3-4 A.M. , either on the internet, reading, drawing, or playing music. Sometimes I sneak out of my house to take walks around midnight (I live in a safe quiet neighborhood).

10. I’m not sure where I’m going in life but I am excited to see where it takes me :) . I have had my ups and downs but I have gotten through it all and I am still here. I just want to be happy or content with my life and myself.
